GURDWARA SRI SOHELA GHORA SAHIB is situated near the Anandpur Sahib City in Ropar Distt. Its Situated on the Road Ganguwal- GURDWARA SRI GURU KA LAHORE. Krori Mal, a sikh from Kabul, was a dispile of SRI GURU HARGOBIND SAHIB JI. He brought two horses for GURU SAHIB, Dilbag & Gulbaag. but Mughal Soldiers in Lahore snatched those horse forcefully. Bhai Karori Mal Ji narrated the incidence to GURU SAHIB in GURDWARA SRI GURUSAR SAHIB SUDHAR, GURU SAHIB accepted there offerings and asked Bhai Bidhi Chand Ji to bring back those horse. Bhai Bidhi Chand Ji brought back both the horses one by one. After which battle in Village Mehraj was fought. GURU SAHIB named them JAAN BHAI & SUHELA. When GURU SAHIB blessed MATA SULAKHANI JI with son, he was sitting on this SUHELA GHORA. GURU SAHIB fought Battle against mughals in Kartarpur Sahib on this SUHELA GHORA. SUHELA GHORA was wounded in the battle. GURU SAHIB stayed at Gurdwara Sri Charan Kamal Sahib, Banga for atleast one month as SUHELA GHORA was undergoing treatment. Later GURU SAHIB started from Banga to Kiratpur Sahib and when they reached this place SUHELA GHORA left for his heavenly aboad. At the time of battle SUHELA GHORA was hit with 600 bullets, and when it was creamated nearly 125 kg of cast metal was found in the body. SRI GURU HARGOBIND SAHIB JI himself performed ardas and cremated SUHELA GHORA here.
