GURDWARA SRI BANGARH SAHIB PATSHAHI DASVIN is situated in Village Simbal Majra, Teh Nurpur Bedi, Distt Ropar. On orders from Aurangzeb, his general Said Khan came here from Delhi to arrest SRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI. On the way he met his sister Naseeran, who adviced him to not to arrest GURU SAHIB, but he didnt paid no attention. Then his sister prayed to GURU SAHIB to have mercy on my brother. On other side GURU SAHIB from Sri Anandpur Sahib, shot an arrow, which hit on the Simbal tree. Said khan looked at the arrow, he thought GURU SAHIB must be a magician. The next moment another arrow came and struck the foot of Said Khan's bed. And with it came a letter written on it. That I am not a magician. This is my practice. When Said Khan read this, he began to think that GURU SAHIB is indeed a great being who can read your mind and heart. Then he remembered his sister's prayer. His ego vanished and he longed to see GURU SAHIB. After meeting GURU SAHIB, he became GURU SAHIB's follower.
